HIGH NOON ON THE SUB-CONTINENT PART 2

Pakistan has cancelled all army leave.

India is telling its nationals it is not safe to travel to Pakistan.

The US is trying to make peace.

What would war on the sub-continent mean?

Reuters News Agency published a series of scenarios, which point to war being unlikely due to the costs it will incur to India.

Already faced with intelligence warning of another terrorist attack in the popular beach resort of Goa, forcing local authorities to cancel all parties for the two weeks leading up and after New Year's, New Delhi could hardly afford to add to the security issues already on its plate.
